International Ordering Information

We ship most of our products to over 120 countries. All international orders must be prepaid

in U.S. currency.

International Shipping:

- Worldwide Express with door to door service (2-3 business days)
- Worldwide Air Freight with door to door service (3-4 business days)

Courier option:

- DHL
- UPS

* GEOTECH INDUSTRY, LTD. offers several discounted international shipping options.

* Simply add the products that you are interested in to the cart and enter your shipping

address as if you were going through the online checkout process.
  You are also welcome to contact us with your complete ship to address (including country and

postal code) and a general idea of what you are wanting to have sent your way.

* Our courier staff will help to assist you to responsible for the duties, taxes, customs,

import fees, etc. levied by your country.

* Order Tracking: All orders with a valid email address will automatically receive shipment

notification emails that contain tracking information for the order.  This is your

confirmation that your order has shipped.

* Lost/Missing Shipments: Lost or missing shipments must be reported to GEOTECH INDUSTRY, LTD.

within five business days of the expected delivery date.  Should our shipping company show the

lost or missing package as delivered, you will need to sign an affidavit attesting to the fact

that the package was, indeed, not received by you.  Any unreported lost or missing shipments

are the responsibility of the customer and GEOTECH INDUSTRY, LTD. shall assume no liability

for unreported missing or lost shipments.

* Damaged Shipments: Should you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping, please

contact us immediately.  It is important that you do not discard the damaged packaging.  We

will have the shipment carrier pick up the damaged package and we will send out a replacement

when the damaged item is received and inspected at our warehouse.  All damage claims must be

reported within five business days of receipt of goods.  Any claims reported after five

business days are subject to denial.
